III. PDCA and improvement activity
Correctly implement every supervisory cycle for every task, always make the improvement and try to avoid useless tasks and not break the rule.
IV. Implement the TQM activity which all the employees of all departments participate in, make working standards, make manuals, quality upgrade and increase the efficiency
